West End Safe and Lock Unfastens New Website

ORLANDO, FL – (June 24, 2009) – Orlando-based West End Safe and Lock Services has launched a new website.  The company, which services home, commercial, as well as corporate and government customers can now be found at www.westendsafeandlock.com.  CO&P Interactive designed and created content for the website.

“While it is not unusual to have multiple targets served within a single website, the needs for each of West End’s target audiences varied enough that we wanted to create well-defined channels,” said Jennifer Graddy, Chief Interactive Officer at CO&Pi.  “We’ve created multiple websites within a single site, so customers can quickly and easily find the information they need.”

The website is a first web presence for West End Safe and Lock.  Graddy and her interactive team conducted a series of creative sessions to determine the look and feel, navigation and copy points.  

“It’s a very detailed process, but the end result is a website that meets the client expectations, and that is our ultimate goal,” added Graddy.
